Jesus has become wisdom for us!
Jesus was instructing his disciples regarding the danger of making money their priority. Jesus told His men that they could only serve ONE master – it would either be God or material things. The Pharisees overheard and sneered Jesus. But Jesus said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in men’s eyes, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly prized among men is utterly detestable in God’s sight.”
